Very disappointing news today that both home friendly games against Palace & Gillingham have had to be called off due to the condition of the pitch.

I'm sure the club have done everything possible to fulfill these fixtures. It must be very frustrating for all those concerned.

Just heard this from a very good source (someone on the CPFC BBS who works at Sittingbourne FC).

Croydon will be playing Gillingham (1st team) at Sittingbourne's Bourne Park on 31st July at 3pm.

He does mean Croydon Athletic!
